So, at THE MISSING BRICK stores, we aim to deliver you the best quality parts by inspecting each and every brick, set and minifigure for damages, bitemarks and completeness.
In the stores you, can find essentially new parts and occasionally used parts :

New bricks: are completely new bricks parted from sets or pick-a-brick. Bricks described as new are in fact 100% unused and in excellent condition. This does not mean that they cannot have minor scratching from rubbing against other parts. Defective parts with major imperfections are not sold. They are only handled to be repackaged. Minifigures can be assembled.

Used bricks: are bricks that are parted from used sets and are in good to very good condition. They can have scratches or can be slightly discolored (white bricks – yellowing). We do not sell bricks that are heavily damaged or unusable. We won’t sell what we wouldn’t like to receive ourselves!

New or used bricks with major imperfections are not sold.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us! We will always try to solve the problem as quickly and as well as possible (for example, refund, send missing parts, coupon, etc).
